RPPTL offers some FACE time for tenants facing eviction

Brenda Ezell With COVID-19-related eviction moratoria over, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section is stepping up recruitment for is FACE program — Florida Attorneys Counseling for Evictions. Created last year to respond to an expected surge in eviction filings, the program seeks volunteer lawyers to help legal aid offices with their eviction cases.
