The Senate voted 38-0 on March 4 to approve HB 397 by Rep. Chuck Clemmons, R-Jonesville. Sen. Jim Boyd, R-Bradenton, sponsored the companion, SB 552.

The Senate voted 39-0 on March 4 to approve HB 905, by Rep. Elizabeth Fetterhoff, R-DeLand. The House approved it 113-0 on the same day.
Full legislature approves lethal drug cocktail shield bill
