Alimony reform bill sent to the governor

Sen. Joe Gruters Nearly three months after it sparked a heated debate in both chambers, legislative leaders have delivered an alimony reform measure to Gov. Ron DeSantis. The House voted 74-42 on March 9 to give final legislative approval to SB 1796 by Sen. Joe Gruters, R-Sarasota.
