Senate panel approves measure to enhance court efficiency

Sen. Jennifer Bradley A Senate panel on Tuesday approved a non-controversial measure requested by the state courts system, part of an annual package of proposed statute revisions to enhance court efficiency. The Senate Appropriations Committee on Criminal and Civil Justice voted unanimously to approve SB 538 by Republican Sen. Jennifer Bradley, a Flemming Island attorney.
