Governor signs bill requiring clerks to transmit involuntary commitment orders within six hours

Rep. Richard Gentry Gov. Ron DeSantis has singed a bill that requires court clerks to electronically transmit risk protection and other orders to law enforcement within six hours. In an April 18 letter to Secretary of State Cord Byrd, DeSantis lists HB 513 among four bills that he signed without comment.
