In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, MASH Investments, LLC has filed a lawsuit against Daniel Winkler, Karli Frazier (formerly known as Winkler), and several other entities including DRKL Development LLC, DWLP LLC, Commercial Building Corp., Phoenix Park Construction LLC, Phoenix Park Real Estate LLC, D&M Property Developers 1 LLC, and D&M Oceanside Pads LLC. The case number is 502024CA003363XXXAMB Div: AK and was filed on April 10th, 2024.

The plaintiff alleges that the defendants orchestrated a scheme to defraud them as an investor and lender in various real estate projects. It’s claimed that after the completion and sale of these waterfront projects, the defendants failed to make payments they had previously agreed upon. Instead of making the lawfully due payments, it appears that millions of dollars are unaccounted for.

MASH Investments is seeking recovery of damages which exceed $16 million. The claims include breaches of fiduciary duty, deceptive and unfair trade practices, breaches of operating agreements between parties involved, fraudulent transfers and breach of loan agreements.
