Bill would extend COVID-19 liability protections

Sen. Jeff Brandes A Southwest Florida legislator has filed a measure that would extend COVID-19 liability protections for health-care providers another year. Sen. Jeff Brandes, R-St. Petersburg, filed SB 610 on October 25. The measure has yet to receive committee references. There is no House companion.
