Sen. Kathleen Passidomo Fresh from her first regular session as presiding officer, Senate President Kathleen Passidomo told the Board of Governors the Legislature considers the Bar a valuable partner. She pointed to a record $117 billion proposed state budget for FY 2023-24 that calls for fully funding many third-branch priorities.

W. Braxton Gillam IV The Board of Governors has elected three members to serve on the Bar’s Executive Committee, a select panel empowered to act for the board between meetings. At a May 12 meeting in Naples, the board voted without objection to appoint W. Braxton Gillam IV, Edward “Duffy” Myrtetus, and Tad A. Yates.
