Navigation Judge Denies Post-Trial Motions in Chip Designers’ M&A Row, Bringing Judgment to More Than $41 Million
A California state judge has denied the post-trial motions filed by chip design software company Silvaco in its long-running earn-out dispute with an international business it acquired in 2018, Nangate Denmark ApS, bringing Nangate’s judgment against Silvaco to over $41 million.
