A woman has sued after she was injured during a catamaran excursion.
Lisandra Gonzalez filed her complaint in federal court against Viator Tours Inc., TripAdvisor LLC and Sunfos Alessia Yachting.
According to the complaint, Gonzalez was returning to the pier from the boat tour on August 3, 2023, when she was injured because of a faulty ramp/gangway.
