ReviveK9 LLC, a Florida-based dog training company, has filed a lawsuit against Nicole Frederick in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida. The case, identified as 24-001991-CI and filed on May 6, 2024, alleges defamation and tortious interference with business relationships.

According to the complaint, Frederick published numerous false statements about ReviveK9 on Facebook from early March 2024 to May 4, 2024. These statements were made using at least two different Facebook profiles and were intended to damage ReviveK9’s reputation and interfere with its business relationships. The plaintiff claims that these defamatory comments have caused significant economic and non-economic damages.

ReviveK9 is represented by attorneys April S. Goodwin and Andrew J. Silvers of The Goodwin Firm. They are seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for defamation and tortious interference with business relationships. Additionally, they request injunctive relief to compel Frederick to remove the defamatory posts and cease further defamatory actions.
