In the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Sylvia Rico has filed a lawsuit against ZRS Management LLC and Woodland Key Borrower, LLC. The case number is 24-001634-CI and was filed on April 11, 2024. The plaintiff alleges negligence on part of the defendants leading to personal injury.

The incident occurred on November 27, 2023 at a property owned and maintained by the defendants located at or near 2770 Roosevelt Blvd in Pinellas County, FL. Rico slipped and fell on wet stairs that were not properly maintained causing her injuries. The plaintiff claims damages exceeding $50,000 but it’s uncertain whether it exceeds $75,000.

Rico is seeking compensation for bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life among other losses. She alleges these losses are either permanent or continuing in nature and will be suffered in the future.
