Ryan Salamone has filed a lawsuit against Global Hotel Management, LLC, alternatively known as Hare Krishna West Palm LLC, and an unidentified individual referred to as John Doe. The case (No. 502024CA002827XXXAMB Div: AH) was lodged in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida on March 27, 2024.

The plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages exceeding $50,000 due to an incident at Studio 6 West Palm Beach, FL, a property managed by the defendants. On December 3, 2023, Salamone claims he was physically assaulted by John Doe while attempting to check into his reserved room.

Salamone is seeking compensation for his injuries and damages from both Global Hotel Management and Hare Krishna West Palm LLC. He argues that they failed in their duty of care by not maintaining a safe environment for their guests.
