Rosemary D. Suarez has filed a lawsuit against David J. Norco, Bluestar Marine Solutions, Inc., and Melissa R Moroney Lopes in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. The case ID is 502024CA003833XXXAMB Div: AA and was filed on April 24, 2024.
Suarez alleges that on November 16, 2023, she was stopped at an intersection when Norco negligently operated a vehicle owned by Bluestar Marine Solutions causing an accident.
