Navigation Robert Austin sues Raymond Ramirez for a motor vehicle collision
Robert Austin has filed a lawsuit against Raymond Ramirez and Alliance Landscaping Design Corp in the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida. The case, numbered 24-001720-CI, was filed on April 17, 2024. The plaintiff is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for an incident involving a motor vehicle collision.
The plaintiff’s counsel alleges that on December 6, 2023, defendant Ramirez operated a 2015 Honda Civic owned by Alliance Landscaping Design Corp and collided with Austin’s vehicle. The accident occurred on Interstate 275 Northbound in Clearwater, Pinellas County. Both defendants are held responsible for the foreseeable damages caused by Ramirez’s alleged negligence.
Austin claims to have suffered bodily injury resulting in past and future medical expenses, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life among other legal damages. He also asserts that these losses are either permanent or continuing in nature and will persist into the future.
