Holland & Knight has bolstered its Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group with the addition of Scott MacCormack as partner. Mr. MacCormack, a well-known Seattle-based lawyer and leader, focuses his practice on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and finance.
