She focuses her practice on comprehensive advice on structuring federal and state New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Opportunity Zones and other tax credit transactions.
“Tax credit finance continues to be an area of complex opportunities for many clients, and we are excited to grow our national practice and add Courtney in Dallas,” said S. Having her on our team will be a great asset for our clients.”
“I am excited to join Polsinelli and work with the tax and tax credit financing teams. Their multidisciplinary approach to tax credit financing transactions and depth of experience will be of great value to myself and my clients,” Tawresey said.
