In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, Pamela Baker has filed a lawsuit against Driggers Engineering Services, Inc. and Scott Douglas Farthing. The case, bearing the number 24-001335-CI, was filed on March 22, 2024. The plaintiff is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for an automobile accident that occurred on November 21, 2023.

Baker alleges that Farthing negligently operated a vehicle owned by Driggers Engineering Services, resulting in a collision with her car. The incident took place at the entry ramp from 118th Avenue to I-275 and I-275 MM30 in Unincorporated Pinellas County. As a result of the accident, Baker claims to have sustained severe and permanent injuries including significant loss of an important bodily function and permanent scarring.

The plaintiff further alleges that she has suffered from pain and suffering due to these injuries and will continue to do so in the future. She also claims to have incurred past and future medical expenses as well as lost wages due to the accident. In addition to these damages, Baker alleges that she has lost her capacity to earn wages in the future.
