When embattled social media influencer Andrew Tate filed a $5 million lawsuit last month against one of his accusers in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit for Palm Beach County, attorney Jack Beeston wasn’t surprised.

“It is, unfortunately, the most recent example of a pattern which has been adopted by Andrew Tate, in particular, to rewrite his own history since his arrest in Romania,” he said.

Tate sued Emma Gabbey, who lives in Palm Beach County, on July 12 alleging defamation, false imprisonment, civil conspiracy, tortious interference, intentional infliction, and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
