In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiff NATO Kiladze has filed a lawsuit against defendants Beatrice Drobiner and Gary Sturisky. The plaintiff alleges that on December 18, 2023, he was involved in a motor vehicle accident with a vehicle driven by defendant Gary Sturisky and owned by defendant Beatrice Drobiner. Kiladze claims that as a result of the accident he suffered bodily injuries resulting in pain and suffering, disability, property damage; significant and permanent scarring or disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment life, medical expenses including hospitalization and nursing care treatment. He also claims to have experienced an aggravation of a previously existing condition which resulted in loss of income and earning capacity as well as past and future medical bills.
