A Pennsylvania man says Royal Caribbean Cruises’ travel protection program didn’t live up to its promises.

Stephen Schuman filed his complaint in federal court against Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.

According to the complaint, Schuman was a passenger on Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas in December 2022. He says the company failed to fulfill its obligations under its travel protection program.
