A former employee of US Oncology says he was a victim of age discrimination.

Tod Shawn Garthwaite filed his complaint in federal court against US Oncology Corporate Inc.

Garthwaite claims he faced age discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. He also cites violations of the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992. In addition to these charges, Garthwaite is invoking the court’s supplemental jurisdiction over claims of intentional civil theft of his funds, breach of contract – both written and verbal – and unjust enrichment.
