In the Circuit Court of 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiff Lachelle Ansley has filed a lawsuit against Walmart Inc. The case, bearing the number 502024CA002782XXXAMB Div: AE, was filed on March 25, 2024.

Represented by attorneys Evan R. Krakower and David A Tabb of Krakower Tabb Law, Ansley alleges that she suffered injuries due to negligence on Walmart’s part. The incident occurred on August 2, 2022, at a Walmart store located at 4375 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, FL where Ansley slipped and fell due to liquid and fruit on the floor.

The complaint states that as a result of the fall, Ansley sustained permanent injuries causing her great pain and mental anguish. She also had to seek medical treatment and incurred related expenses. Her working ability was impaired leading to loss of earnings and future losses are anticipated.
