Kenneth Wheeler has filed a lawsuit against Jacqueline Rodriguez and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida. The case number is 502024CA002899XXXAMB Div: AA and was filed on March 28, 2024. Wheeler alleges negligence on part of Rodriguez and seeks damages from both defendants in excess of $50,000.

The plaintiff’s lawyers from Keller, Keller, Caracuzzo, Cox & Belluccio argue that on July 17, 2022, Rodriguez negligently operated her vehicle causing it to collide with Wheeler’s car. The accident allegedly resulted in permanent injuries to Wheeler and an aggravation of a pre-existing condition.

Wheeler claims he has suffered great mental and physical pain and will continue to do so in the future. He also alleges loss of earning capacity and wages due to the accident. Furthermore, he anticipates future medical expenses related to the injuries sustained from the collision.
