Karen and Howard Silverman have filed a lawsuit against Pura Vida Miami LLC in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida. This incident allegedly caused her significant permanent injuries. The defendant’s company is accused of negligence for failing to secure the outdoor dining table umbrella despite windy conditions.
