Jennifer Sanchez has filed a lawsuit against Gulf Management, Inc. in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida. The case ID is 24-001577-CI and was filed on April 9, 2024. The plaintiff is seeking damages for negligence that allegedly resulted in personal injury.

Sanchez, represented by Tara Roberts from Wolfson & Leon law firm, claims she slipped and fell on a wet floor at a property owned by Gulf Management on September 27, 2023. She alleges that the defendant failed to maintain safe conditions at their premises located at or near 27547 US Hwy 19 N, Clearwater, FL 33761.

The complaint states that due to the defendant’s negligence, Sanchez suffered bodily injuries resulting in pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life among other damages. The exact amount sought exceeds $50,000 but it is uncertain whether it surpasses $75,000.
