Jason Chapman has filed a lawsuit against Sweet World LLC, operating as Bunnboh Churros, and Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. The case number is 502024CA003315XXXAMB Div: AD and was filed on April 10, 2024.

Chapman alleges that he sustained permanent bodily injury due to negligence on the part of the defendants. The incident occurred on July 15, 2023, when Chapman visited Tanger’s outlet mall where Bunnboh operates a food truck. As per the complaint, Chapman was sitting at a table outside Bunnboh’s food truck when the chair broke causing him to fall.

The plaintiff is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for medical expenses and other losses related to his injuries. He claims that Bunnboh failed to maintain safe conditions at its premises and did not warn customers about potential hazards.
