Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. has added A. Sheila Oretsky as part of the continued strategic expansion of its award-winning Miami Litigation Practice. Oretsky joins the firm from Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, PC, where she was co-chair of its Class Action Litigation Practice.
At Greenberg Traurig, Oretsky represents clients in high-profile complex commercial litigation matters across a range of industries. She regularly advises on highly contentious complex matters related to defamation, civil fraud, civil theft, fiduciary claims, non-competes and trade secrets, partnership disputes, post mergers and acquisitions (M&A) disputes, breach of contract, civil RICO Act violations, EB-5 related litigation, commercial foreclosures, and other real estate related litigation.
Her experience includes representations related to disputes stemming from international M&A, gaming industry operations, and real estate landlord/tenant disputes on behalf of publicly traded national retailers.
