In the Fifteenth Judicial Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, Francis X. McHugh has filed a lawsuit on behalf of Strongwater Restoration Limited Liability Company against Marc Strongwater. The case, bearing the ID 502024CA003202XXXAMB Div: AF, was filed on April 5th, 2024.

Francis X. McHugh and Marc Strongwater are both managers and members of the company in question. According to the complaint, Strongwater withdrew $1,373,000 from the company’s bank account without McHugh’s knowledge or consent and used at least $100,000 of these funds for personal services.

Furthermore, Strongwater is accused of exacerbating issues with a client by refusing to address their concerns and instead attempting to shift blame onto McHugh. The court filing indicates that this lawsuit seeks more than $1 million in damages.
