A man who used to work for The Salvation Army says he wasn’t paid for overtime hours.

Michael Williams filed his lawsuit in federal court against The Salvation Army alleging violations of federal wage and hour laws under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, worked remotely for The Salvation Army from 2015 until April 2023 as an eBay Coordinator from his home in Tampa. He claims he was not compensated for overtime hours worked during his employment.
