Florida Resident Sues Local Auto Repair Shop for Negligence Leading to Severe Injuries
A Florida resident has filed a lawsuit against a local auto repair shop, alleging negligence that led to severe injuries. Leonis Allen Saing initiated the complaint on June 3, 2024, in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, accusing All Approved Autoworks, LLC of failing to maintain safe premises.
According to the complaint, on January 24, 2024, Saing was lawfully present at All Approved Autoworks’ facility located at 1502 North Dixie Highway in Lake Worth. During his visit, he suffered an electrical burn after inadvertently coming into contact with an exposed electrified element on a pole situated on the property. The plaintiff asserts that this incident occurred due to the defendant’s negligence in maintaining their premises.
The lawsuit details several allegations against All Approved Autoworks. It claims that the company had a duty to keep their premises reasonably safe but breached this duty by creating or failing to remedy a dangerous condition. Specifically, Saing accuses the defendant of failing to properly maintain the property and neglecting to warn him about hazardous conditions. “As a direct and proximate result of the negligence of the Defendant,” reads the complaint, “the Plaintiff was injured in and about his body and extremities.”
