Navigation Evelyn Hamilton sues Abner Fonrose for negligent operation of vehicle resulting in personal injury
In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, a lawsuit has been filed by plaintiff Evelyn Hamilton against defendants Abner Fonrose and Progressive Select Insurance Company. The case number is 502024CA002940XXXAMB Div: AE and was filed on March 29, 2024.
The lawsuit alleges that defendant Abner Fonrose negligently operated his vehicle, a 2007 Nissan, causing serious personal injuries to the plaintiff who was driving a 2017 Audi Q7.
