The Estate of Lorraine T. Bagala, represented by Jack Bagala, has filed a lawsuit against Oldsmar FL OPCO LLC, Oldsmar FL Holdco LLC, Oldsmar FL Propco LLC, Lilac Health Group LLC, The Portopiccolo Group LLC, Alexander Terentev, Simcha Hyman, Naftali Zanziper, Bruce S. Bonsel and Ashley Nicole Malys in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida. The case ID is 24-001576-CI and was filed on April 8th, 2024.

Lorraine T. Bagala was admitted to Oldsmar Health and Rehabilitation Center on November 30th, 2022 and discharged on February 27th, 2023. Jack Bagala is the personal representative of her estate with letters of administration dated October 19th, 2023. The lawsuit alleges that damages exceed $50,000.

The defendants are accused of failing to exercise reasonable care as required by Florida Statutes §400.023(5). The plaintiff seeks judgment for these alleged damages.
