Eric Paul Appelblom has filed a lawsuit against Julia Renee Vanhille and Jerome Blaine Vanhille in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida. The case ID is 502024CA003759XXXAMB Div: AH and it was filed on April 23, 2024.

Appelblom, represented by Brotman Nusbaum Ibrahim & Adelman, alleges that he suffered damages exceeding $50,000 due to a car accident involving his 2023 Mercedes SL 55 AMG and the defendants’ white Honda Crosstour. The incident occurred on August 8, 2023, on Atlantic Avenue near the cross street of 5th Ave in Delray Beach.

The plaintiff accuses Julia Renee Vanhille of negligent driving which led to the collision. He also holds Jerome Blaine Vanhille responsible under the “Dangerous Instrumentality” Doctrine as he gave permission to Julia to drive his vehicle.
