Eric Curkin has filed a lawsuit against Washington Real Estate Partners, LLC, also known as Boynton Trail Centre, in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. The case number is 502024CA003217XXXAMB Div: AF and was filed on April 5, 2024.

The plaintiff alleges that on July 10, 2023, he sustained injuries when he tripped and fell over a concrete parking wheel stop at the defendant’s premises. The complaint further details that the defendant negligently breached its duty to maintain safe conditions on its property.

Curkin seeks damages exceeding $50,000 for his injuries which include pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, loss of working ability and enjoyment of life among others. He also claims to have incurred medical expenses due to these injuries.
