Navigation Ellen Heberer sues The Concrete Doctors of Florida for negligence leading to personal injury and property damage
Ellen Heberer has filed a lawsuit against The Concrete Doctors of Florida, LLC in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. The case, numbered 502024CA003705XXXAMB Div: AD and filed on April 19, 2024, alleges negligence on the part of the defendant leading to personal injury and property damage.
Heberer claims that she contracted The Concrete Doctors in July 2023 to paint or refinish her outdoor patio. The agreement stipulated that a slip-resistant additive be used in the materials to ensure safety. However, Heberer alleges that this was not done, resulting in her slipping and falling on the wet concrete patio on August 18, 2023.
The plaintiff is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for serious and permanent bodily injuries including pain and suffering, mental anguish, past and future medical expenses, lost wages, diminished capacity for future earning, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, scarring and disfigurement. She also demands a trial by jury.
