Daniel Nunez has filed a lawsuit against Vaughn Fober and Tiffany Gilbert in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida. The case ID is 502024CA003188XXXAMB Div: AD and was filed on April 5, 2024. The suit alleges negligence and vicarious liability resulting in damages exceeding $50,000.

The plaintiff’s counsel, Michael D. Dickenson from Schuler, Halvorson, Weisser, Zoeller & Overbeck, P.A., asserts that on April 18, 2023, Fober negligently collided with Nunez’s vehicle while driving a car owned by Gilbert. The incident occurred at or near 359 West Indiantown Road, Jupiter Palm Beach County, Florida.

Nunez alleges that as a direct result of Fober’s negligence he suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, disability, physical impairment, scarring and disfigurement among other damages. He also claims loss of earnings and/or loss of the ability to earn money.
