In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Daniel McElveen has filed a lawsuit against C.H. Beach Resort Condominium Association, Inc. The complaint details that on August 24, 2022, McElveen suffered serious injuries due to a slip and fall incident caused by wet and slippery stairs at the resort managed by the defendant. The claim seeks damages exceeding $50,000, exclusive of costs, interest, and attorneys’ fees.
