Earl Joseph Buckelew has filed a lawsuit against a construction company, accusing them of negligence that led to his severe injuries. The complaint was filed in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, on May 2, 2025, against C.A. Lindman of South Florida, LLC.

According to the court documents, Earl Joseph Buckelew claims that while C.A. Lindman of South Florida, LLC was conducting construction activities at his residence located at 2000 S.
