Jones-Johnson, represented by her lawyers, alleges that she slipped and fell due to a hazardous condition on the floor of Houston’s Restaurant located in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Florida on July 28, 2023. The plaintiff is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for injuries sustained from the incident.

The complaint states that Hillstone Restaurant Group Inc., as the owner and operator of Houston’s Restaurant, had a non-delegable duty to maintain the premises in a reasonably safe condition for its customers.
