Carolyn Hope, represented by her attorney, alleges that she sustained severe and permanent injuries due to the negligence of Tao Dinh Cao who was operating the vehicle involved in the accident. She claims that this accident resulted in significant loss of important bodily functions and permanent scarring and disfigurement. Additionally, she asserts that this incident has caused her to suffer past and future medical expenses exceeding $50,000.

The plaintiff also alleges loss of wages due to the accident and a reduced capacity to earn wages in the future. Thuy Cao Le is implicated in this case under vicarious liability as the owner of the vehicle operated by Tao Dinh Cao at the time of the accident.
