Bradley Adds Estate Planning Partner Chad Callahan to Tampa Office
Bradley is pleased to announce that Charles “Chad” W. Callahan III has joined the Tampa office as a partner in the Tax and Trusts & Estates practice groups. He previously led the trusts and estates group at Hill Ward Henderson in Tampa.
“Chad is a highly regarded attorney in Florida who has a deep understanding of the tax laws governing trusts and estates matters,” said Bradley Tampa Office Managing Partner Lauren G. Raines. “We are pleased to welcome him to the firm and add his significant experience in trusts and estates work to our office, which will benefit our Florida-based clients and others across our footprint who have interests in the state.”
Mr. Callahan devotes his practice to estate planning, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfers, tax planning, business succession planning, and charitable planning, as well as tax controversy matters against the IRS and matters involving the administration of trusts and estates. He is board certified in Wills, Trusts & Estates by the Florida Bar and regularly works with individuals and families to achieve their estate planning goals, including succession planning for closely held businesses, life insurance, wealth preservation, planning with private foundations, and planning for families with young children. Mr. Callahan also works with family members and professional fiduciaries through the probate and trust administration process after a death to help navigate all related post-mortem tax issues.
