A blind man has sued FedEx claiming the company refused to accommodate his disability.

Clinton Von Aiken filed his complaint in federal court against FedEx Ground Package System Inc.

According to the compalint, Aiken suffers from diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma. He says FedEx failed to provide reasonable accommodations for his disability, which he believes constitutes discrimination and retaliation under Title I of the American with Disabilities Act.
