In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, Angela Norton has filed a lawsuit against 3 Daughters Brewing of Clearwater Beach, LLC. The case (ID: 24-001372-CI) was filed on March 26, 2024.

The plaintiff Angela Norton alleges that she suffered severe and permanent injuries after slipping on a liquid substance at the premises owned by the defendant. The incident occurred on May 2, 2022, at 381 Mandalay Ave., 3rd Floor, Clearwater, FL. The damages sought are in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), exclusive of interests, costs, and attorneys’ fees.

Norton argues that the defendant failed to maintain their premises in a reasonably safe condition and allowed a dangerous condition to exist which led to her fall. The complaint demands a jury trial for this case.
