Victoria Méndez

The City, County and Local Government Law Section has elected Victoria Méndez, a Florida Bar board-certified City, County and Local Government Law attorney, to serve as its chair for the 2025–2026 Bar year.

Méndez is a partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen and a member of the firm’s Land Use & Zoning and Government Law practice groups.
