Navigation Trial Lawyers Section retreat to spotlight ethics, rule of law, and trial skills advancement
Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice Carlos Muñiz, Justice Charles Canady, and Justice Jorge Labarga, along with Bar President-elect Michael Fox Orr headline the Trial Lawyers Section’s 2025 Membership Retreat with a mid-day plenary session discussion on ethics, professionalism, the role of the rule of law, and challenges faced by trial lawyers as well as the judiciary.
Judge Embry Kidd of the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals will participate in the morning plenary session, “Pro Bono in Practice: Elevating Trial Skills Through Service.”
