Florida Senate President Paul Renner says his chamber will not pursue judicial circuit consolidations this coming legislative session.
After the Florida Supreme Court released its December 21 ruling, In Re: Judicial Circuit Assessment, No. SC2023-1708, recommending that the Legislature not consolidate judicial circuits, Renner’s office released this statement:
