Navigation Space tort bill to be heard on the House floor

Commercial “space flight entities” would be immune from liability for accidents that kill or injure their crew under a “tort reform” measure headed to the House floor.
The House Judiciary Committee voted 22-0 on April 11 to approve HB 839 by Rep. Tyler Sirois, R-Merritt Island.
