The Senate Judiciary Committee agreed Tuesday to shield the personal identifying information of appellate court clerks and Judicial Qualifications Commission staff.
The committee voted 9-1 to approve SB 300 by Sen. Darryl Rouson, a St. Petersburg attorney. The proposal would continue a recent effort by lawmakers to protect court workers, Rouson said.
