Navigation Second Circuit JNC seeks to fill a judicial vacancy
As a result of the retirement of Judge Robert Wheeler, there is a vacancy on the Second Circuit Court bench. Gov. Ron DeSantis has asked the Second Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission to provide him with qualified nominees for these vacancies by no later than May 2.
